Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Stocks AI Hub ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Stocks AI Hub mobile application, its content, features, and related services (together, the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• "Content" means all information available in the App, including market data, prices, fundamentals, charts, screeners, scores, news, and AI-generated analysis.
• "AI Features" means features that generate text or analysis using artificial-intelligence models, including stock analysis, comparisons, chat answers, deep-dive briefs, earnings-call summaries, and verdicts.
• "Premium" means the paid subscription tier that unlocks additional features.
• "User Content" means anything you post or submit in the App, including community posts, comments, usernames, and game entries.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@stocksaihub.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
• One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. The Service

The App provides market information and analytical tools for stocks listed on Indian and United States exchanges, including screeners, technical and fundamental metrics, portfolio and watchlist tools, price and event alerts, news aggregation, community features, a simulated stock-picking game, and AI Features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Some features require a Premium subscription.

4. Not Financial Advice — Important

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App — including AI-generated analysis, verdicts, scores, fair values, price targets, alerts, screeners, picks, or community posts — constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument.

• We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, research analyst, or financial planner, and we are not registered or licensed with any securities regulator in any jurisdiction, including the Ontario Securities Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
• No fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created by your use of the App.
• AI Features produce automated output from historical and reported data. Such output can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply wrong, and may not reflect events occurring after the underlying data was collected. AI output must never be your sole basis for an investment decision.
• Deterministic scores and labels (for example financial scores, checklists, "bullish/bearish" signals, fair values, and rule-of-40 results) are mechanical calculations from third-party data using disclosed or simplified methodologies. They are not predictions or endorsements.
• Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Markets are volatile; past performance is not indicative of future results. Foreign-exchange movements add further risk for cross-border investments.
• Always perform your own research and consult a licensed and registered financial adviser who understands your personal circumstances before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their consequences.

5. Market Data; No Warranty of Accuracy

• Prices, fundamentals, corporate events, and news are obtained from third-party data providers and public sources. Data may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, or erroneous, and is provided strictly on an "as is" basis.
• Data shown in the App is not real-time unless expressly stated, and must not be used as the basis for time-critical trading.
• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in any data, or for actions you take in reliance on it.

6. Alerts and Notifications

• Price alerts, earnings alerts, trend-change alerts, dividend notices, and similar notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on our data pipelines, third-party push-notification services, your device settings, and network conditions.
• Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, or missed entirely, and alert evaluation may be based on delayed or end-of-day data. Do not rely on alerts for time-critical decisions.
• You can disable notifications at any time in the App or your device settings.

7. AI Features and Fair Use

• AI Features may be subject to usage limits (for example, a daily number of chat questions) that we may adjust to keep the service sustainable.
• AI answers may be cached and reused across users where the underlying data is identical.
• You agree not to use the AI Features to attempt to extract underlying model prompts, to generate unlawful content, or to build a competing dataset or service.
• AI output is generated for you within the App experience; you may share individual outputs (for example share cards) for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to the App.

8. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

• Plans. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We never receive or store your payment-card details.
• Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial (for example, 7 days). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically and your store account is charged. Trial eligibility is typically limited to one trial per store account.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; periods already paid for are not refunded by us.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes will be communicated through the store mechanisms and apply no earlier than your next billing period.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google; refund requests are governed by, and must be made through, the applicable store's refund policies.
• Taxes. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your store and region; the store presents the final charge.

9. Broker Account Linking

• You may optionally connect brokerage accounts through a third-party account-aggregation provider so the App can display your holdings and performance.
• Connections are strictly read-only. The App cannot place, modify, or cancel orders, and cannot move cash or securities. Nothing in the App executes trades.
• Your brokerage login credentials are entered with, transmitted to, and handled by the aggregation provider under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We never receive or store your brokerage passwords.
• Holdings data may be delayed or incomplete depending on your broker and the aggregation provider. Verify positions and balances with your broker before acting.
• You may disconnect a linked broker at any time in the App.

10. Community, User Content, and Games

• The App may include community areas (posts, comments, rooms) and skill-based simulated games such as weekly stock-picking contests with leaderboards. Game results are for entertainment and education; no real-money wagering, stakes, or cash prizes are involved unless expressly stated with separate rules.
• You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App and in promotion of the App.
• You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, spam, or that constitutes unlicensed investment advice, market manipulation, pump-and-dump promotion, or solicitation.
• Community content reflects the views of its authors, not ours. We do not verify community claims and are not responsible for them.
• We may moderate, remove content, or restrict accounts at our discretion to protect the community and comply with law.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, harvest, or redistribute Content or data, in bulk or systematically; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App or its security; (c) access the App by automated means except through interfaces we provide; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks; (e) use the App to violate any law or regulation, including securities and market-abuse laws; (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (g) resell, rent, or commercially exploit the App or Content without our prior written consent; or (h) circumvent usage limits, subscription gates, or access controls.

12. Intellectual Property; Feedback

• The App, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of Content (excluding third-party data and your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the usage rules of the store from which you downloaded the App.
• If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

13. Third-Party Services and App Stores

• The App depends on third-party services, including data providers, cloud hosting, push-notification services, AI model providers, brokerage aggregation, and the app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
• If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; Apple is not responsible for any product claims, third-party IP claims, or legal compliance relating to the App; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any restricted-parties list.
• If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and use of the App.

14. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, outages, data-pipeline delays, and third-party failures may affect the service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice, including features you use. Where practical we will give notice of material changes.
• Features labelled beta or experimental are provided with no commitments whatsoever.

15. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including in-app messages, push notifications you have enabled, and email to the address on your account. Communications required by law will be provided in the manner the law requires.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (ii) FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

19. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or any feature, immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law.
• You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from the Profile section. Deleting the App from your device does not delete your account or cancel a subscription.
• Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. Sections 4, 5, 10 (licence to User Content already posted), 12, 16, 17, 18, and 21 survive termination.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes may be highlighted in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the App are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and waive any objection to venue in those courts, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
• Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@stocksaihub.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

22. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of data providers, cloud services, or app stores.
